IT Support Opportunities – Defence Project | Adelaide CBD (Onsite)

At Cleared Recruitment, we’re currently partnering with a global technology services provider renowned for delivering large-scale infrastructure and support solutions across government and enterprise environments. With a strong presence in Australia, they are supporting a key Defence-related project based in Adelaide.

As part of this exciting initiative, we are seeking skilled and motivated professionals for the following onsite roles:

🔹 Level 1 Service Desk Engineers

🔹 Level 2 Desktop Support Engineers

Location: Adelaide CBD (office expected near Grenfell Street)
Work Type: Long & short term Contracts - Onsite
Security Requirement: Minimum NV1 clearance (mandatory)

🖥️ About the Roles

Level 1 Service Desk Engineers
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for users, responsible for:

  • Managing incoming incidents and service requests
  • Troubleshooting basic technical issues
  • Logging and tracking tickets through to resolution
  • Escalating more complex issues to appropriate teams
  • Delivering excellent customer service and clear communication

This role suits individuals who are responsive, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced support environment.

Level 2 Desktop Support Engineers
This is a hands-on, user-facing role where you will:

  • Provide onsite technical support to end users
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Support desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
  • Handle escalations from Level 1 support
  • Ensure a high standard of service delivery and user satisfaction

Strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate effectively with users are essential.
